Scalpers has entrusted us with the search for their new offices with a showroom in Madrid, they prioritized highly representative and private spaces that fit in with their brand image and without a doubt we succeeded. After a complex search, they opted for an imposing office on the top floor with impressive views of the Puerta de Alcalá and the Retiro Park. The property, characterized by its gabled roofs and spectacular terraces, was occupied by an international hosting company that is a leader in its sector, which was also advised by Adventum.
