Sea & Ports contacted us in September 2019 and, in accordance with the search criteria that they then gave us, we started the process to find the workspace they needed.

However, with the arrival of the coronavirus, the options for change of headquarters slowed down and, in order to return to work in person in a new office, the needs of Sea & Ports had changed, so we worked in a new direction, restarting the search with different parameters.

On the other hand, the pandemic had also altered the work preferences of our client Round Hill Capital, who a year before we had found an office on Villanueva Street.

After a complex negotiation with the owner, outgoing tenant and potential tenant, finally, Sea & Ports has installed a completely renovated premium office in a classic building on C / Villanueva 5. And Round Hill Capital has found a possibility to develop its activity in an environment more suited to the needs that the pandemic transformed.
